Philippines is now becoming the world’s leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service according to annual report recently released by IBM’s Global Location Trend in New York. According to the latest statistics, BPO industry in the Philippines has grown 46% annually since 2006. Our country offers just the right combination of economic, cultural and educational factors, making it an excellent location for call centers and business outsourcing companies. The Filipino work ethic and skill level is firmly established. This helps explain why such companies as IBM, Intel, Texas Instruments and Accenture have established major facilities in the Philippines. The Philippines offers a wealth of professionals that are hard-working, educated, skilled and service-oriented.
